Overcome Pain with Hypnosis


OVERCOME CHRONIC PAIN

Perhaps you have been told: “Well, we can’t find anything wrong”. You’ve been told or had it implied that it’s all in your head.
Or, perhaps you have a physical issue like arthritis, herniated disc, accident injury, etc., and have been told: “Well, that’s really all we can do, you’ll just have to live with it”.


Actually, the pain really is “all in your head”. You see, there is no pain until or unless a nerve signal is transmitted to the brain; and the brain interprets that signal as “pain”.


There is no pain until the brain receives a signal that it calls “pain”.


It really is all in your head.


BUT IT’S STILL REAL!!!


Back pain, neck pain, TMJ, headaches, pain that lingers after surgery, arthritis, sports injury, injury from an accident, fibromyalgia, IBS...there are so many kinds of pain, from many causes. It all hurts!

And you don't need it!


Chronic pain is pain that has outlived its usefulness—it’s yesterday’s news. It’s telling us about something that happened in the past that has been treated as well as it can be treated.  We don’t need to keep getting that message.


I teach people to re-train their brain to  interpret the “pain” signals differently. Then they can begin to live their life again. Sleeping better, able to do the things that they want to do and reducing or eliminating the pain medication. 


Living,...instead of hurting. 


You don’ t have to “just learn to live with it”. You can learn to overcome it!
